We live between the First and Second Coming. What does Advent mean? What does it mean for us to live as people of light in a dark world, people of hope in places of despair and people who follow Jesus?
We hope you can join us on an Advent journey this December. Each session stands alone, so if you can’t attend all of them, that is fine.
Advent Quiet Morning: Saturday 2nd December 9.30am-12 noon in the Worship Hall (with pastries and coffee!)
Advent Course Evenings: Thursdays (7th, 14th, 21st December) in the Octagon at 7.45pm for refreshments then 8-9pm for the course.
There will be music, film, reflections, discussions, poems, crafts and sung worship woven throughout.
If you have already signed up…thank you. If not, please do so on Sunday (for catering and seating arrangements) or email wendy@barhillchurch.org.uk
